Jacob Sannes

Chief Executive Officer of Rocksource subsidiaries in the US.

Jacob Sannes is the President and CEO of Rocksource's subsidiaries in USA, Rocksource Gulf of Mexico Corporation, Rocksource Energy Corporation and Sandhawk Energy LLC. He is responsible for all activities in America and during this assignment holds no executive role in Rocksource ASA. Mr. Sannes joined Rocksource in 2005 afters 22 years experience from Statoil, first as VP Exploitation of Norwegian discoveries and infrastructure and later as Head of Upstream Strategy. Since 1992 Mr. Sannes worked in Statoil E&P International as Country Manager, first in UK/Ireland, then Gulf of Mexico and finally Brazil until his retirement in 2005. Mr Sannes has extensive experience in establishing, growing and operating successful Exploration and Production entities from his Statoil career, very often built through A&D. Mr. Sannes is a Norwegian citizen with a visa to work in the US.

Rolf Monsen

Acting Exploration Manager in Rocksource Gulf of Mexico Corporation.

Rolf Monsen is acting Exploration Manager for Rocksource Gulf of Mexico. He has worked 3 years for Rocksource with redevelopment projects onshore US, prior to the establishment of RGOM.. Mr Monsen joined Rocksource in 2007 after 21 years in Statoil ASA where his last position was G&G manager for the Kvitebjørn gas field. Mr. Monsen has worked as a G&G manager for several producing fields in Norway. He has also worked international exploration in the BP Statoil alliance, which resulted in several successful giant discoveries in the Caspian sea. He was also seconded to the Abgami field development project (Nigeria) led by Chevron in Houston. He is a graduate MSc. petroleum prospecting from NTNU, Trondheim Norway, 1985. Mr. Monsen is a Norwegian citizen employed by Rocksource ASA and seconded to RGOM.

Jerry Baker

Vice President Finance and Admin in Rocksource's subsidiaries in the US.

Jerry Baker is Vice President Finance and Admin with overall responsibility for the accounting, reporting, taxation, and other financial issues for the Rocksource entities in the US. Some of his prior associations include VP Finance of Maersk Energy US, VP Finance Atlantic Pacific Marine Corporation; a U.S. based offshore drilling contractor, and Treasurer of Coastal Conservation Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of marine plant and animal life. Mr. Baker is a U.S. citizen.

J. David Parnell

Vice President of Land and Legal in Rocksource's subsidiaries in the US.

David Parnell is the Vice President of Land and Legal in Rocksource's US entities with responsibilities which include securing the rights for Rocksource to explore, drill, produce, develop and transport oil and gas production. Mr. Parnell is the former president & CEO of Keystone Oil & Gas Corporation and the owner of David Parnell & Assoc. land brokerage and abstracting group. He is the former Land Manager at Maersk Energy Inc. and Southern Mineral Corporation. Mr. Parnell has extensive experience as a land consultant to various oil and gas companies for due diligence in the acquisition and divestiture of properties throughout the U.S. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University, the Mississippi College of Law and is a U. S. citizen.

Peder Hobbesland

Vice President of Operations in Rocksource's subsidiaries in the US

Peder Hobbesland is VP of Operations in Rocksource’s US entities. He is responsible for all development, production and field activities. Mr. Hobbesland joined Rocksource in June 2007 after 20 years in Amoco and BP where he held several engineering and supervisory positions in various assignments in Norway, Africa, Gulf of Mexico, West Texas and Wyoming. Peder has a wealth of experience in well designs, well operations, stimulations and work-over operations. Mr. Hobbesland is a Norwegian citizen with a green card to work in the US.
