Joint venture agreement between Rocksource ASA and InSeis
Rocksource and InSeis signed today an agreement on co-operation. In the co-operation Rocksource will deliver survey design, processing and integrated analysis of EM data in cases where EM is a part of InSeis’s multi client and single client projects.
InSeis will offer Rocksource to participate as an investor in projects compliant with Rocksource’s search strategy.
Rocksource regards this co-operation as an interesting way of participation and development future search licenses in areas where InSeis is involved and will continue to be involved in the future.
InSeis AS, lead by Anders Farestveit, has in the last years established themselves in areas that are interesting to Rocksource.
InSeis has considerable experience and expertise in collection and analysis of seismic data. InSeise’s business concept is entering into contracts regarding collection, analysis and sale of geophysical data. Partners are oil companies and government authorities.
