Mandatory notification of trade
DNO ASA has been allocated 15,105,566 shares in the Private Placement that was done 6 September 2005. Following this transaction, DNO will hold 66,569,014 shares in Rocksource, equivalent to an ownership interest of 12,6% after the share capital increase in relation to the private placement has been registered.
Arve Johnsen, chairman of Rocksource, has been allocated 192,308 shares in the Private Placement. After the share capital increase has been registered, Arve Johnsen will hold 12,542,758 shares, equivalent to 1,7% ownership interest after the share capital increase in relation to the private placement has been registered. A company controlled by Arve Johnsen, Arve Johnsen AS, holds 8,850,000 mill shares in Rocksource, equivalent to 1,7% ownership interest after the registration.
