Farm in deal with DNO in Jaguar prospect
Rocksource`s Board of Directors decided in its meeting on 15. August 2005 to accept an offer from DNO to farm in and join forces in block 211/22b - the Jaguar prospect - on UKCS. Rocksource`s participating interest will be 10%. The transaction is subject to approval by relevant UK authorities.
Rocksource is expected to contribute with its EM technology and know how to reduce risk and increase value creation potential in the block. The deal is a result of Rocksource`s efforts to build an attractive portfolio of exploration and production licences.
