November 2009 production update

Rocksource ASA (“Rocksource”) announces that the estimated November 2009 production from its US subsidiaries averaged 1,035 boepd (barrels of oil equivalent per day).  This compares to the actual October 2009 production of 897 boepd.

There has been no significant production problem through November and the production reflects the expected level of decline after producing the wells for 2-3 years. The expected 2009 average production target remains at 1,300 boepd.

Note: The stated production numbers are based on metered daily production, and may thus differ slightly from the final production volumes that will be used for accounting purposes, due to changes in stock volumes etc.
