Rocksource awarded exploration license on the NCS

Rocksource ASA has been awarded 1 additional license on the NCS with a 40% ownership share. The license covers part of block 3/2 and part of block 3/5. The block was awarded with DNO as operator holding 60% ownership. The award increases Rocksource acreage on the NCS and adds to the company exploration portfolio. The license is in shallow water (approx 50m water depth) and gives the company an opportunity to deploy its recently developed shallow water EM technology. CSEM acquisition on the block is expected to occur later in 2007.
