SALE OF SHARES IN ROCKSOURCE ASA
The Board of DNO ASA (`DNO`) has in a board meeting on November 3, 2005, decided to sell DNO`s shares in Rocksource ASA (`Rocksource`) to DNO Invest AS (currently being established).
The transaction has been completed based on an agreement dated October 13, 2005, subject to board approval in DNO. DNO Invest AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of DNO ASA. The transaction includes 66.569.014 shares in Rocksource, which represent 12,7% of the shares in the company. The purchase amount is NOK 105.844.732, which is based on a price of NOK 1,59 per share.
