Share capital increase registered, ex reversed split from tomorrow 26 May 2009

The share capital increase of one new share related to the reversed split, which increases Rocksource ASA's share capital to NOK 147,532,418, has today been registered in the Registry of Business Enterprises.

The General Meeting resolved on 20 May 2009 a merging of shares (reversed split) in the ratio 4 to 1. The shares in Rocksource ASA will be traded ex reversed split as from tomorrow, Tuesday 26 May. 4 old shares give 1 new share.

Following the above changes, the share capital of NOK 147,532,418 will be divided on 147,532,418 shares each with a par value of NOK 1.
