NCS Exploration

The Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) is one of Rocksource’s main focus areas. Most of the company’s licences on the NCS contain low risk, high value prospectivity, with robust EM anomalies associated with the prospects.

Offshore Norway has significant resources yet to be found and Rocksource is actively exploring for opportunities to test with its proprietary EM technology. The current exploration strategy is to continue to participate in licensing rounds on the NCS and add blocks to be tested with EM. The exploration strategy also includes pre-investing in EM acquisition by testing prospects in open acreage in order to prioritize areas for the rounds.
